India – Our Only Origin for Mango Pulp
We source mango pulp exclusively from India. This is a deliberate decision, not a limitation. India produces the world's best Alphonso and Kesar mango pulp, and we work only with processors we know and trust.
We do not mix origins, we do not source from unknown suppliers and we do not trade mango pulp from countries with lower traceability standards. India gives us the product profile, the processing infrastructure and the quality documentation we require.
Quality Control in India – Our Own Team
Our quality control team operates in India before every shipment. The same controllers who work on fresh apple QC for long-distance export have been additionally trained in mango pulp quality assessment.
This means we apply the same risk-management discipline to mango sourcing as we do to apple export: we check the batch before it leaves, we document what we find and we make a clear go / no-go decision.
What Our QC Team Checks in India
Batch selection: we verify processor, harvest season and processing date before committing to a lot
Sensory evaluation: color, aroma, taste and texture assessed against variety standard
Brix and acidity: measured per lot — not accepted based on paper alone
Documentation: COA, microbiological results, packaging integrity and labelling reviewed before dispatch
Storage conditions: we verify cold chain handling and aseptic packing quality at origin
We do not accept weak batches. If a lot does not meet our standard, we do not buy it. This protects our clients from receiving compromised product.
We Work Only on Verified Batches
Every lot we import is individually assessed. We do not buy containers on price alone. Batch consistency, processing quality and documentation must all meet our requirements before we commit to a shipment.
This approach means we sometimes pass on available product if the batch does not meet standard. That is intentional. We would rather have a smaller offer than sell something we cannot stand behind.
Our Sourcing Principles
One origin: India only — for traceability, consistency and processor relationship
Known processors: we work with processors we have visited or verified directly
Batch-level decisions: every lot accepted or rejected individually — no automatic reorders
No compromises: we decline lots that do not meet Brix, sensory or documentation requirements
